Vitapex糊剂联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗根尖周炎伴牙周炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of Vitapex paste combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment in treatment for periapical periodontitis with periodontitis

摘要:

目的 探讨Vitapex糊剂联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗根尖周炎伴牙周炎的临床效果。方法 将南阳市第三人民医院2020年12月至2023年6月收治的60例根尖周炎伴牙周炎患者分为试验组（30例，采用Vitapex糊剂联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗）和对照组（30例，采用常规根管填充方案），比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 试验组治疗总有效率（93.33%）高于对照组（73.33%），其治疗后牙龈指数（GI）、牙周袋深度（PD）、菌斑指数（PLI）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）均低于对照组，口腔健康影响程度量表（OHIP-14）评分及视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 Vitapex糊剂联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗可提高根尖周炎伴牙周炎患者的临床疗效，有效改善牙周指标，改善预后。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Vitapex paste combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of periapical periodontitis with periodontitis.Methods Sixty patients with apical periodontitis and periodontitis admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Nanyang City from December 2020 to June 2023 were divided into an experimental group (30 cases treated with Vitapex paste combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment) and a control group (30 cases treated with conventional root canal filling regimen), and the clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (73.33%). After treatment, the gingival index (GI), periodontal pocket depth (PD), plaque index (PLI), and gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI) were all lower than those of the control group. The scores of the Oral Health Impact Profile-14 (OHIP-14) and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Vitapex paste and minocycline hydrochloride ointment can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with apical periodontitis and periodontitis, effectively improve periodontal indicators, and improve prognosis.
