    摘要:

    目的 分析2型糖尿病应用艾塞那肽指标对患者的影响(胰岛素抵抗指标、糖脂代谢指标)。方法 选取2021年2月至2023年2月新乡市第二人民医院收治的2型糖尿病患者82例,按随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组(各41例)。对照组:二甲双胍治疗,研究组:艾塞那肽治疗(在对照组的基础上),两组连续治疗28 d。比较两组临床疗效(治疗后)及不良反应发生情况(治疗期间),糖脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗、炎症指标(治疗前后)。结果 研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)、三酰甘油(TG)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平治疗后相较于治疗前均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病应用艾塞那肽治疗,有助于提高患者临床疗效,调节糖脂代谢指标(血清FPG、2hPG、TC、TG)、炎症反应指标(血清TGF-β、HMGB1、IL-6)水平,缓解临床症状,改善胰岛功能,且不良反应少。

    Abstract:

    Objective To analyze the effect of exenatide on type 2 diabetes patients (insulin resistance index, glucose and lipid metabolism index).Methods Eighty-two patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Xinxiang Second People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected. They were divided into a control group and a study group (41 cases each) by random number table method. The control group was treated with metformin, while the study group was treated with exenatide (on the basis of the control group). The two groups were treated continuously for 28 days. The clinical efficacy (after treatment) and incidence of adverse reactions (during treatment) were compared between the two groups, as well as glucose and lipid metabolism, insulin resistance, and inflammation indicators (before and after treatment).Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), fasting blood glucose (FPG), fasting insulin (FINS), postprandial 2-hour blood glucose (2-hour PG), high mobility group protein 1 (HMGB1), triacylglycerol (TG), interleukin-6 (IL-6), insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR), and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) all decreased after treatment compared with before treatment, and the study group was at a lower level compared with the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions (during treatment) between the two groups was compared with no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Treatment of type 2 diabetes with exenatide is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy of patients with type 2 diabetes, and regulate the indicators of glucose and lipid metabolism (serum FPG, 2hPG, TC, TG) and inflammatory reaction index levels (serum TGF-β, HMGB1 and IL-6), which can alleviate clinical symptoms, improve pancreatic function, and have fewer adverse reactions.
