全球化语境下我国健康传播高层次人才的培养研究

摘要:

目的探索完善我国健康传播高层次人才培养策略。方法本文立足全球化背景,从健康传播概念出发探析我国健康传播的实际应用,分析我国健康传播高层次人才培养的重要性及现状。结果健康传播人才培养体系不完备,高校还未建立起完备的健康传播人才培养体系;忽略健康传播的一线实践型复合人才的在职培养,健康传播人才培养环节不注重对在职人员的实践知识和技能的素养提升;具有国际视野的健康传播高层次领军人才匮乏,且发布的权威性信息大多是专业临床学术信息。结论引进国外健康传播教育体系,实行中外合作办学模式培养国际性视野的健康传播创新性人才;加强健康传播人才的国际性培养,制定国际化健康传播人才的协同培养模式;以柔性引进与直接引进相结合的方式,加强国外健康传播人才的引进力度;加强健康传播领军人才的培养,积极扶持和引导高层次人才参与国际性重大项目的研究。

Abstract:

【Objective】To explore and improve the strategy of cultivating high-level talents in health communication in China.【Methods】Against the backdrop of globalization,the paper analyzed the application of health communication in China from the concept of health communication and the importance and current situation of training high-level talents in health communication in China.【Results】The training system for health communication personnel in China was not complete while the domestic universities did not establish a complete health communication personnel training system.The in-service training for the front-line comprehensive personnel of health communication remained insufficient,and the training of health communication personnel took no count of the improvement of their practical knowledge and skills.High-level leading talents of health communication with globalminded views are badly needed,whose most of released authoritative information tended to be academic clinical ones.【Conclusion】It is suggested to introduce the international health communication education system,and adopt Sino-foreign cooperation mode to train innovative talents in health communication owning international view;second,it is necessary to improve training of health communication personnel against the international background and further the cooperative training mode of international health communication talents.In addition,by the combination of flexible and direct talent introduction,it is recommended to invite more international health communication professionals to teach in China;meanwhile,it is also the time to pay more efforts into the training of leading talents of health communication,and support and guide high-level talents to participate in major international research projects.
