【Objective】 To study the effect of arginine eluent on the stability of thermal acceleration based on magnetic particle chemiluminescence method alpha fetoprotein(AFP) kit. It provides a new solution for the thermal accelerated stability of magnetic particle chemiluminescence kit. 【Methods】 The influence of arginine eluent on the stability of thermal acceleration was studied by chemiluminescence method. 【Results】 The thermal stability of the magnetic particle AFP kit can be improved by eluting the coated magnetic particle with arginine eluent. 【Conclusion】 The method of elution with arginine eluent can improve the thermal acceleration stability of the magnetic particle suspension components of the kit, greatly shorten the heat treatment time,reduce the time cost, and be more rapid and convenient.
