    目的本研究利用高频超声明晰了尺动脉五大分支的检查方法及各分支周围结构的毗邻关系,并探讨其临床意义。方法对30例(男15,女15)志愿者进行骨间返动脉扫查,并测量其内径,峰值流速,血流阻力,利用SPSS统计学软件计算出三组参数的95%置信区间。按左、右侧分组,对比两组骨间返动脉的内径、峰值流速及血流阻力参数。结果明晰了尺动脉五大分支走行全过程的声像图特点及周围结构毗邻关系,骨间返动脉内径、峰值流速、血流阻力分别为(1.60±0.22)mm、(20.8±7.3)cm/s、(0.82±0.06);左、右侧三项参数比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论关于尺动脉分支的影像学研究资料较少,高频超声不仅可以观察尺动脉五大分支的走行变化,还可以作为重要的解剖学标志,辨识周围肌群及神经结构,为临床提供重要的影像学依据。

    Abstract:

    【Objective】To explore the high-frequency ultrasound examination method of the five branches of the ulnar artery,and to clarify the adjacent relationship of the structures around each branch and evaluate its clinical significance.【Methods】The internal diameter,peak velocity and blood flow resistance of 30 volunteers(male 15,female 15)were measured by ultrasonic scanning.The 95%confidence intervals of the three groups of parameters were calculated by SPSS statistical software.The parameters were grouped according to left and right hands,and the differences in internal diameter,peak velocity and blood flow resistance parameters between the two groups were compared statistically.【Results】The characteristics of the five branches of the ulnar artery and the adjacent relationship of the surrounding structures were clarified.The internal diameter,peak flow velocity and blood flow resistance of the returned interosseous artery were 1.60±0.22 mm,20.8±7.3 cm/s and 0.82±0.06 respectively.No statistical difference was observed in left-right comparison of three groups of parameters.【Conclusion】There are few imaging studies on the branches of the ulnar artery.High-frequency ultrasound can not only observe the changes of the five branches of the ulnar artery,but also serve as an important anatomical marker to identify the surrounding muscle and nerve structures,thus providing important imaging basis for clinical practice.
