Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the relationship between the characteristics of automatic breast volume imaging(ABVS)and the expression of ER,PR and HER-2,and to provide some help for endocrine therapy,prognosis and evaluation of patients with breast cancer.【Methods】Fifty-nine malignant breast lesions in 58 patients with pathologically confirmed breast lesions were retrospectively analyzed for preoperative ABVS and conventional sonographic features,and the clinical diagnostic effects of both ABVS and conventional sonography were observed.ER,PR and HER-2 were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between gene expression and ultrasonic imaging was investigated.【Results】The positive expression of ER,PR and HER-2 were 61.0%,64.4%and 35.6%in 59 malignant breast lesions of 58 breast cancer patients.The positive expression of ER and PR was correlated with coronary convergence sign and marginal burr sign(P<0.05).The positive expression of HER-2 was correlated with axillary lymph node metastasis,microcalcification in ABVS mass and irregular shape(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The expressions of ER,PR and HER-2 in breast cancer were correlated with the coronary convergence sign,marginal burr sign,microcalcification,irregular shape and axillary lymph node metastasis of ABVS.
