Abstract:【Objective】To examine the correlation between serum trace elements and cytokines in vaginal microecology in patients with HR-HPV infection.【Methods】Patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasms(CIN),Ⅰstage cervical cancer and health women were enrolled in Xinxiang Central Hospital.According to the results of clinical diagnosis, they were divided into four groups:CINⅠgroup(20 cases),CINⅡ-Ⅲgroup(25 cases),cervical cancer(21 cases),control group(20 cases).IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-10,TGF-βin vaginal microecology were detected by ELISA,and the content of Zn,Se,Fe,Mn,Co were determined by ICPAES.【Results】Serum Zn and Se levels decreased significantly in the order control>CINⅠ>CINⅡ+Ⅲ>cancer, there was a statistical difference in comparison(P<0.05).No significant difference in Fe,Mn and Co were found among four groups(P>0.05).The levels of IFN-γand TNF-αin vaginal microecology decreased significantly in the order control>CINⅠ>CINⅡ+Ⅲ>>cancer;while IL-10 and TGF-βlevels increased significantly in the order control
