Abstract:【Objective】To understand information on cognition, demand and influencing factors of artificial intelligence nursing robots among doctors, nurses and patients.【Methods】A sample survey was conducted among 1298 doctors, nurses and patients in a three-A hospital in Guangdong province.Self‐made questionnaire was used to survey cognition and demand of artificial intelligence nursing robots.【Results】There were statistical differences in five demensions of cognition and demand among the three groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic analysis showed that long length of working time[odds ratio(O^R)=0.15,95%confidence interval(95%CI)=0.05-0.42,P<0.05],high senior professional titles(O^R=0.22,95%CI=0.11-0.57,P<0.05)were significantly associated with reduced demand of guiding service among nurses;long length of working time(O^R=2.83,95%CI=1.58-5.07,P<0.05],high senior professional titles(O^R=2.95,95%CI=1.42-6.11,P<0.05)were significantly associated with increased demand of nursing decision aids among nurses;middle-age(O^R=2.50,95%CI=1.36-4.61,P<0.05),old age(O^R=6.57,95%CI=1.37-31.58,P<0.05),high level of socioeconomic status(O^R=1.68,95%CI=1.23-7.58,P<0.05)were significantly associated with increased demand of life nursing among patients;middle level of socioeconomic status(O^R=2.25,95%CI=1.13-5.48,P<0.05),high level of socioeconomic status(O^R=2.65,95%CI=1.44-5.70,P<0.05)were significantly associated with increased demand of illness prediction among patients.【Conclusion】Designing and developing artificial intelligence nursing robots should consider the differences of doctors, nurses and patients'cognition and demand, and should adjust functions toward different populations.
