普天春胶囊对恶性肿瘤患者放疗期间免疫调节作用的临床观察

Clinical observation of Pu Tian Chun Capsule in modulating immunity of malignant tumor patients during radiotherapy

摘要:

目的观察普天春胶囊对恶性肿瘤患者放疗期间免疫调节的作用.方法将60例恶性肿瘤病人随机分成普天春治疗组和对照组,每组各30例.放疗前和放疗后分别检查外周血T细胞亚群和NK细胞以及血常规.结果两组治疗后CD4、CD4/CD8NK细胞较治疗前升高,CD8值较治疗前降低,治疗组较对照组改变明显(P＜0.05).结论普天春胶囊可以提高恶性肿瘤放疗期间的免疫功能,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:

Objective: Observing the immune modulation of Pu Tian Chun Capsule tumor patients during radiotherapy. Methods: Randomly divided 60 malignant tumor patients into Pu Tian Chun group and Control group with 30 patients each. Measured the subgroups of T cell, NK cells and performed the routine blood test before and after radiotherapy. Results: Both groups have a higher level of CD4, CD4/CD8NK cells after therapy, and CD8 decreased after therapy. Pu Tian Chun Group showed significant difference form Control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Pu Tian Chun Capsule can improve the immunity of patients during the radiotherapy for malignant tumor patients, and worth to be used in clinical therapy.
