Abstract:Objective: To research the imaging features of Pulmonary Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (PLAM).Methods: Three cases of chest film and CT were confirmed by pathology, the imaging materials and clinical data were analysed, along with a review of the related literature by three radiologists. Results: The three cases were women of childbearing ages, Imaging appearance is extensive honeycomb and cystic airspace patter. They were all diagnosed as chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis and interstitial pulmonary fibrosis for a long time. Conclusion: HRCT is sensitive to PLAM. In order to reduce misdiagnosis of PLAM, we must master imaging appearance of the disease combined with the clinical data to make a comprehensive diagnosis on the main imaging features.
