腰椎间盘突出合并侧隐窝狭窄症29例手术治疗分析

Analysis of surgical treatment for 29 cases with lumbar disk herniations associated lateral recess stenosis

摘要:

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出合并侧隐窝狭窄症的特点与手术治疗方法.方法分析该科手术治疗29例患者的资料,通过半椎板切除或椎板间开窗,潜行扩大侧隐窝,彻底松解神经根.结果本组29例获随访,平均14个月,手术有效率100%,总优良率93.10%.结论本病临床表现复杂,术前应结合影像学检查进行仔细地综合分析和判断,选择合适的术式,以提高术后疗效.

Abstract:

Objective: To study the characteristic of lumbar disk herniations associated lateral recess stenosis and surgery treatment methods. Methods: To analyse 29 cases datas by surgery treatment, the nerve root is loosed when half the board of lumbar is excised or opened, and enlarge the lateral recess. Results: 29 patients were followed-up with an average of 14 months, with effective rate of 100% and excellent and good rate of 93.10%. Conclusion: This disease are complicated. It should process colligate analyse and estimate carefully before operation, combined the image examination, select proper operation manner for advance of curative effect after operation.
