摘要:

目的探讨手烧伤后疤痕挛缩畸形整复方法的选择.方法瘢痕切除或切开、松解挛缩、中厚或全厚植皮、腹部带蒂皮瓣移植等不同方法应用于23例病人中.结果所有病人植皮全部成活,皮瓣转移后一例出现末端坏死,经换药处理后痊愈.病人手功能恢复满意.结论根据病人的不同情况,采用不同的方法,尽早进行修复是获得较好效果的必备条件.

Abstract:

To explore methods to repair abnormity caused by scan construct in burn of hand. Methods: Scar resection scar discission soluting construct permatoplasty, and abnominal flap transplantation were used in 23 cases of burn of hand. Results: Permatoplasty survived in all cases, one case flap end necrosis, by changing of dressing, it survived. Conclusions: According to patients condition, that methods are used timely is important for the repair of abnormity caused by scar construct in burn of hand.
