小型接骨板在髁状突中低位骨折中的治疗体会

摘要:

目的探讨小型接骨板在髁状突中、低位骨折开放复位手术中的应用.方法成人髁状突骨折32例,其中22例采用小型接骨板坚强内固定,另外10例保守治疗.手术组采用颌后下切口或颌下、耳前联合切口下开放复位加小型接骨板坚强内固定.结果经小型接骨板坚强内固定法治疗的病人,术后1年骨折线消失,骨质透光影一致,钛接骨板无移位及断裂,面型及咬合关系均满意.结论小型接骨板坚强内固定是治疗髁状突中、低位骨折的有效方法.

Abstract:

Objective: To study the use of middle and low-set condylar fractures by rigid fixation with miniplates. Methods: The treatment of condylar fractures was performed in 32 consecutive patients from Septermber 1997 to Septermber 2003. After anatomic reduction was achieved, 22 of condylar fractures were rigid fixed. Results: Anatomic reduction was achieved in all patients. There were no signs of bony resorption and good temporomandibular joint function 12 months after surgery. Conclusion: The rigid fixation with miniplate approach is proved to be a reliable surgical method for middle and low-set condylar fractures when dislocation is present.
