摘要:

目的,探讨膀胱移行细胞癌(TCC)中P27和Ki-67的表达与膀胱细胞增殖的关系.方法用鼠抗人P27单克隆抗体及Ki-67抗原单克隆抗体对79例膀胱移行细胞癌和30例癌旁组织进行免疫组化染色.结果 TCC中P27表达明显减少,Ki-67指数(Ki-67L1)明显增高;且P27表达与Ki-67指数(Ki-67L1)捉瘤病理分级,临床分期和淋巴结转移呈负相关.结论P27和Ki-67LI从细胞和一筹莫展抑制和增殖活性两个不同的侧面反映了肿瘤细胞的侵润能力,联合检测,P27和Ki-67LI对预测膀胱癌的的生物学行为及预后具有重要的意义.

Abstract:

Objective: To study the expression of p27 and Ki-67 in transitional cell carcinorma of bladder (TCC) and evaluate the correlation between expression of p27 and Ki-67 and tumor cell proliferation. Methods: With mouse anti-human p27 and Ki-67 monoclonal antibody, immunohistochemistry was performed to examine the expression of p27 and Ki-67 in 79 cases of TCC, and 30 cases of nomal paracarcinoma as control. Results: Both lower expression of p27 and overexpression of Ki-67 were detected in TCC; p27 expression in TCC was negatively correlated with the Ki-67 labeling index (Ki-67 LI), the tumor pathological grade, clincal stage and lymphoid node metastasis. Conclusions: p27 expression and Ki-67 LI reflect the ability of tumor growth and invasion at the basis of angiogenesis and proliferation respectively. Combined examination of p27 and Ki-67 LI is of great importance in evaluating the biological behavior of TCC and its prognosis.
