活体外鼻软组织厚度测量及其外科学意义

Thickness of nasal skin and soft tissue and its surgical significance

摘要:

目的了解东方人外鼻软组织厚度,为临床的应用提供相应的理论基础.方法应用螺旋CT(SCT)进项外鼻的三雏重建;对外鼻正中线的不同部位的软组织厚度进行了测量;结果40例病人的所测结果提示:眉间点、鼻根点、鼻背点、鼻尖上点、鼻尖点、鼻尖下点各点的皮肤软组织厚度存在一定的变化规律,在男女之间相比均有显著差异.结论鼻整形的手术效果及并发症不但与深部的支架结构密切相关,与皮肤软组织厚度有相当大的关系,在行鼻整形手术时应注意外鼻皮肤软组织厚度的变化规律,以便进行科学的设计.

Abstract:

Objective: To find out the rule of the thickness of nasal soft tissue of Chinese people and supply the basic theory of rhynoplasty. Methods: By SCT, the nasal soft tissue has been rebuilded, the thickness of different sites on the mid-line of nose has been measured. Results: In the 40 cases, the results suggested that the thickness of different sites on the mid-line of nose varied disciplinary, the nasal soft tissue in male was thicker than female. Conclusions: The surgical outcomes and complications of rhynoplasty are related with not only the inner frameworks, but also the thickness of the skin and soft tissue. So the rule in the process of designation and procedure should be noticed.
