Clinical value of cross medulor mail in treating humeral graft fracture

摘要:

目的探讨分叉式交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的临床应用价值.方法对31例肱骨干骨折患者使用分叉式交锁髓内钉固定.结果分叉式交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折疗效满意,具有切口小、创伤小、桡神经损伤、感染的概率小、术后肩肘关节功能不受限制等优点.

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the clinic value of cross medulor nail in treating humeral graft fracture. Methods: 31 cases of humeral graft fracture were treated with cross medular nail. Results: All the cases were healed. Conclusions: This method has the advantage of good clinical effect, less trauma and excision, less rate of occurring the injuring of radiu nerve and infection less limit of function of shoulder and elbow joint.
