Abstract:Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of CA242, CA19-9 and CEA by application of protein chip diagnosis system in the Pancreatic carcinoma. Methods: The protein chip was used to determine and analyze the concent of CA242, CA19-9 and CEA in 40 patients with pancreatic carcinoma, 55 patients with non-pancreas tumors, 11 patients with chronic pancreatitis, 17 patients with benign disease and 22 healthy person. Results: CA242, CA19-9 and CEA were significant statistical, among which CA242 was the best marker with sensitivity of 75.0%, specificity of 83.8%, positive predictive value of 63.8% and negative predictive value of 89.8%. The specificity and positive predictive value of the combined assay were elevated. The content of CA19-9 correlated with the stage of pancreatic carcinoma. Conclusion: The value of CA242, CA19-9 and CEA by application of protein chip diagnosis system is reliable, with ideal diagnostic value.
