Objective: To explore the treatment on raw surface of wrist electric burn.method: 56 cases of wrist electric burn were retrospectively analyzed the relationship between raw surface and function recovery or amputation. Results: Compared with patients receiving non surgical treatment and late surgical treatment, patients receiving debriding timely, flap transplantation had better function recoery and less repairing the rate of amputation in patients treated by decompression was lower than that in patoents without decompression. Conclusion: Decompression timely, debriding timely and flap transplantation are good methods to treat wrist electric burn. And key methods to prevent amputation.
