摘要:

目的观察肾移植术后透析病人应用低分子量肝素钙抗凝治疗反应.方法75例肾移植术后病人无尿或者少尿需进行血液透析治疗,共透析573例次,应用低分子量肝素钙抗凝,每次血透开始时从血管通道注入.结果所有病人无1例出血倾向加重,也未见血管通路及透析器凝血.结论低分子量肝素钙用于肾移植术后病人的血透抗凝治疗安全,有效,方便.

Abstract:

Objective: To observe the respond of using low molecular weight heparin Calcium to resist blood concreting to dialysed patient after kidney transplant. Methods: 75 cases patients after kidney transplant were anuric or little urine which need dialyse, there were 573 times dialysis, every time used low molecular weight heparin Calcium to resist blood concreting through vas channel at the beginning. Results: No bleeding tendency got worse and no cruor in vas channel and dialytic machine in all patients. Conclution: it is a safe efficiency and convenient method to use low molecular weight heparin Calcium to resist blood concreting in dialysis after kidney transplant.
