游离肩胛皮瓣修复足部皮肤软组织缺损疗效评价

Evaluation of repair of tissue defect in the foot with free scapular flaps

摘要:

目的通过对62例肩胛皮瓣修复的患足观察测量,评价疗效,为此术式的临床应用及改正提供数据.方法于术后、皮瓣修薄术后、修薄术后三月后分别观察皮瓣成活率、磨损情况、感觉、患足周长、外形,并评价.结果肩胛皮瓣修复足部软组织缺损成功率为98%,16例三月后回访者无磨损破溃,无感觉,美学评价优良率于皮瓣修薄术后出院前为48%,术后三月后为56%,患足与对侧足皮瓣处周经比较有统计学差异.结论肩胛皮瓣修复足部皮肤软组织缺损安全可靠,能很好地满足患足功能上的需要,外观上经超薄皮瓣修薄术后仍有一定程度的臃肿,有待改正.但肩胛皮瓣仍是足部大面积软组织缺损的首选修复皮瓣之一.

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate repair of tissue defect in the foot with free scapular flaps by observing 62 cases of foot defect treated by free scapluarflaps. Methods: To observe the survival ?attrition?sense of the flap, perimeter and shape of the foot after the operation of planting skin flaps?the operation of thinning skin flaps and three months later. Results: We have successfully treated 98% of all cases of foot defects by this means. Postoperative follow-up over 3 months in 16 cases revealed that no attrition or insensibility was found. The rate of fines in aesthetic evaluation was 48% after the operation of thinning skin flap and it reached 56% three months later. Conclusions: Free Scapular flaps is a safe and reliable procedure for resurfacing foot defects. The flap can meet the functional need of the foot. However, there were still fat to a certain extent. Scapular flap is one of the better choices in the repair of extensive tissue defects in the foot.
