DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间陈旧性骨折的浅析

Analysis of therapeutic effect on the treatment of oboslete interchanterie fracture with DHS

摘要:

目的探讨DHS治疗陈旧性股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效.方法19例陈旧性粗隆间骨折患者,使用DHS内固定治疗.结果随访3～39个月,平均20.5个月.疗效评定:优8例(42.11%),良9例(47.36%),中2例(10.53%),差0例(0%).优良率为89.47%.无感染、髋关节畸形、内固定失败等并发症.结论DHS是治疗陈旧性股骨粗隆间骨折的有效方法.

Abstract:

Objective: To discuss the therapeutic effect of using DHS (dydamic hip screw) in the treatment of the obsolete intertrochanteric frature. Methods: 19 cases with obsolete intertrochanteric frature by using DHS for internal fixation were analyzed retrospectively. Results: All patients were followed up from 3 months to 39 months, and the results were excellent in 8 cases (42.11%), good in 8 cases (47.36%) and fair in 2 cases (10.53%), poor in 0 case.No case failed in internal fixation and no complication such as infection and coax vara deformity happened. Conclusion: DHS is an effective method to treat oboslete Interchanterie Fracture.
