硝酸甘油干预法对小鼠尾静脉穿刺效果的影响

Effect of nitroglycein on veinpuncture in mouse model

摘要:

目的用动物实验方法评价硝酸甘油干预法对表浅静脉穿刺效果的影响.方法30只小鼠随机分为乙醇组、实验组和空白组,连续5天记录每只小鼠每次从涂擦干预物后寻找最佳进针点时算起到静脉穿刺成功为止所需的穿刺次数和所耗费的时间.结果从寻找最佳时针点时算起到穿刺成功为止,实验组所需的穿刺次数较少、所耗费的时间较短,在实验后期,与其他两组相比差异有显著性.结论硝酸甘油干预后,能降低小鼠尾静脉穿刺难度、减少操作时间.

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the effect of nitroglycerin on veinpuncture. Methods: 30 KM mice were divided in 3 groups at random. Group 1 was dealed with nitroglycerin, and the others were dealed with ethanol and distilled water respectively. Recorded the time and the degree which every mouse needed in every treatment, and the treatment period was from finding the puncture point to achieving the puncture. Results: Comparing with the others, nitroglycerin reduced the time and the degree of the vein puncture, the difference among groups was significant in late period. Conclusions: Nitroglycerin might ease venepuncture and improve operational efficiency.
