磁共振尿路成像对异位输尿管开口的定位诊断

Study on positioning diagnosis of MRU in ectopic ureter

摘要:

目的探讨磁共振尿路成像(MRU)对异位输尿管开口的定位诊断上的价值.方法回顾性分析2001～2003年收治的7例输尿管异位开口患者的临床资料.结果7例患儿术前经B超、IVU均未明确诊断,行MRU检查全部准确定位诊断.结论MRU可作为IVU的协助手段用于小儿输尿管异位开口的诊断.

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of MRU in ectopic ureters. Methods: 7 cases with ectopic ureter were analysed retrospectively. Results: No one got the diagnosis preoperatively by sonography, IVU. All cases had been accurately localized and diagnosed by MRU. 20 cases underwent ureteral reimplantation. Conclusion: MRU has a great value in diagnosing ectopic ureters when the kideys are nonvisualized or poorly visualized in IVU.
