CYP19抑制剂福美司坦用于治疗乳腺癌的药理学研究

摘要:

目的研究芳香化酶抑制剂治疗乳腺癌的药理作用.方法运用生物体外实验确定福美司坦为有效的CYP19抑制剂,通过临床实验观察研究其药理作用.结果福美司坦是有效的CYP19抑制剂,每隔2个星期注射用250mg～500mg,能使机体内的CYP19得到85%～90%的抑制而发生质变.结论CYP19抑制剂福美司坦是有效的乳腺癌治疗药物.

Abstract:

Objective: Study on the pharmacology function of treating the breast cancer with aromatase inhibitors. Methods: Using outside organize experiments to make sure that formestane is operative inhibitor, we study its pharmacological function through the clinical experimental observation. Results: Formestane was the comparatively effective inhibitor of CYP19 in the organism get 85~90% of the restrain and emergence qualitative change. Conclusion: There are better results in the treatment of the breast cancer with CYP19 inhibitor formestane.
