摘要:

目的探讨组织工程学种子细胞的医学伦理学问题.方法从组织工程学种子细胞的各种来源存在的伦理学问题及其对策进行分析.结果异种与异体细胞体内植入需要充分保护病人的知情权,遵照法规保障临床应用的有效性和安全性.结论需完善相关标准,完善政策法规;尽快寻找来源广泛、易于获得的种子细胞来源.

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the medical ethical problem in the seeding cells of tissue engineering. Methods: To discuss the ethical problem and countermeasure from the source of the seeding cells. Results: Patient's rights to know the facts of test, efficacy and security of clinical application must be fully ensured during implantation of seeding cells under the laws. Conclusions: To consummate related standard of tissue engineering, and to search for the source which widely exists and is easily obtained as soon as possible.
