义齿稳固剂强力粘着粉在全口义齿加衬的临床应用

Clinical use of denture stabilizer on lining of complete dentures

摘要:

目的探讨义齿稳固剂强力粘着粉(稳固剂)用于全口义齿加衬的稳固效果.方法选择15例21件全口义齿修复患者、齿槽嵴严重吸收、义齿固位不良或初戴义齿产生疼痛不适的病例,应用稳固剂软衬材料后的临床分析.结果15例21件修复体应用稳固剂软衬材料后,全口义齿固位力加强,同时咀嚼效能提高,初戴全口义齿患者舒适性增加,疼痛减轻.稳固剂能维持4～8h稳固作用.结论稳固剂软衬材料能增强固位力和提高咀嚼功能,减轻戴牙后的疼痛,能舒适的渡过全口、局部义齿的适应期.

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the efficiency of denture stabilizer on lining of complete dentures. Methods: Fifteen cases of alveolus absorbed seriously or denture resented badly or ached at first use of denture with twenty one complete dentures were enrolled in the study. Functions were analyzed after lining complete dentures use of denture stabilizer. Results: Fixation of denture was significantly enhanced, chewing efficiency was improved and the pain of first users was eased. The action of stabilizer could enhance retention and improve chew efficiency and ease the pain of denture users. Conclusion: Dentine stabilizer can enhance fixation of denture and improve chewing efficiency and ease pain of first users.
